Este Informe contiene cuatro capítulos. El primero describe la situación económica mundial y sus perspectivas para 2010. El segundo discute la situación de la economía colombiana, destacando los resultados en 2009 y las perspectivas para el presente año. El tercer capítulo analiza las reservas internacionales, en cuanto a la composición de las mismas y el desempeño reciente de las inversiones. El capítulo cuarto presenta la situación financiera del Banco de la República. Además, el Informe incluye diversos recuadros que profundizan en temas específicos considerados de importancia.

This Report contains four chapters. The first one describes the world economic situation and its outlook for 2010. The second discusses the situation of the Colombian economy and highlights the results in 2009 and the outlook for this year. The third chapter analyzes the international reserves with regards to their composition and the recent performance of the investments. The fourth chapter gives the financial situation of the Banco de la República. Furthermore, the Report includes various boxes that delve into specific topics that are considered important.
